PIMAR participates in the 61st edition of the Salone del Mobile.Milano with a dedicated stand and a design path that enhances the territorial identity, nature and architecture.

PIMAR's millenary limestone is a natural resource expertly worked by master craftsmen who enhance its creative value and which in its essentiality lends itself to multiple uses, from architecture to design. The company returns to the Salone to continue to narrate this great tradition thanks to the set-up by the designers AposPersano, defined by an open gallery, a reference to the architecture, the portico, the peristyle of the Roman house, as a vestige immersed in lush nature.

The protagonist of the setting is the new Dialoghi Materici collection, designed by the same creative duo AposPersano, which delves into the dialogues between materials, man and nature, nature and architecture, and the spatio-temporal dialogues, taking us on an exploratory journey in search of harmony and the essence of matter. The new products have essential sculptural forms with geometric rigor, rhythmically punctuated by material chromatic tones in white,beige, and grey and marked by striped or smooth and silky weaves, where the stone material is in dialogue with materials such as metal or light.


From the perceptual side, we move to the emotional part of the stand. Here, physically entering a semi-dark space, we continue to discover new experiments with the material. The Petralumina project by architect Stefano Chiocchini is then presented. Petralumina is a two-dimensional paving and three-dimensional modular cladding system made of natural stone with the insertion of decorative motifs in photoluminescent resins that guarantee safety signals in the absence of light. Designed to be used in both the architectural and urban scales, improving the user experience, Petralumina aligns with the theme of Euroluce 2023, The City of Lights.
